The day the Slammers Wrestling Federation® pulled into Bakersfield
for its legendary run of Strongbow Stadium, an S.O.S. call went out for a
qualified professional who was well-known to the populace, available on a
weekly basis, steeped in charm and personality, with a background in
announcing and public speaking. Someone recommended Chuck Sukut, and
"Charmin’Chuck" has been the SWF®’s "Voice of
Slammers" ever since. He’s an unofficial Ambassador of Goodwill for
the friendly town of Bakersfield, California, but even more,
